CE ONLY - this option offers access to the Sessions and Exhibit Hall ONLY. Food, beverage and all ticketed events are NOT included. This means MEALS, BREAKFAST or COFFEE/TEA, BEVERAGE TICKETS, and TICKETED EVENTS are NOT available to CE Only registrants. CE ONLY offers access to General Education from the VDR Symposium on Wednesday night thru Saturday morning education. Ticketed meals can be purchased separately in the store.

REGISTRATION PRICING

LARGE OFFICE DISCOUNTS - for Office & Large Office Discounts, all registrants MUST BE current OVDRA members. One of the two (or more) registrants will pay the full, non-discounted amount. Subsequent registrants will receive the discounted price. Students/Residents DO NOT count toward the Office total. Complimentary registrants CANNOT use their comp registration as the initial payment. NOTE: when registering an office or when registering multiple people, each individual MUST have their own unique email address.

CANCELLATION POLICY - cancellations must be made in writing and will be accepted up until 5:00PM (Eastern), March 28, 2025. Cancellations made by this date will be refunded, minus a $100.00 Administration Fee. No refunds will be made after 5:00PM (Eastern) on March 28, 2025, and there will be no refunds for No-Shows. Annual Meeting registration cancellation refund deadlines remain in effect regardless of any situations that may arise during the attendees’ travel.

EXTRA TICKETS - extra ticketed items are non-refundable. Meals can be donated to a student or resident. 

MEETING REGISTRATION INDEPENDENT OF HOTEL REGISTRATION - registration for the 2025 Annual Meeting DOES NOT include or guarantee hotel accommodations. All hotel accommodations should be booked separately.

STUDENTS AND RESIDENTS - student/resident pre-meeting registration will be available starting January 7, 2025.
